The workshop is intended to bring together leading researchers (representing both theory and experiment) in the field of quantum dots and related topics - single electron transistors, nanoparticles, short carbon nanotubes etc. Special attention in this meeting  will be given to the following topics: the interplay of charge and spin in QDs, quantum coherent circuits with QD, QDs out of equilibrium, and QDs subjected to microwave radiation. This workshop is a sequel of a meeting held in 2010.
